You pay from your Clicky Collect wallet. Top it up with a card through our payment gateway, or in cash at any on-site counter, then check out with a tap. No card details are handled or stored by outlets.
Yes. Your balance is held — not spent — until the outlet accepts your order, every movement is logged, and automated reconciliation continuously checks your wallet against the payment gateway and the outlet's till. Your top-ups settle to the outlet, never to us — see Funds & Liability. For how refunds work, see our Refund Policy.
If an order can't be fulfilled, the amount is returned to your wallet according to our published Refund Policy. You'll see the refund in your transaction history.
No app store required. Clicky Collect runs in your browser and can be installed to your home screen as a lightweight app — it works on any modern phone.
