Yes. Your balance is held — not spent — until the outlet accepts your order, every movement is logged, and automated reconciliation continuously checks your wallet against the payment gateway and the outlet's till. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
If an order can't be fulfilled, the amount is returned to your wallet according to our published Refund Policy. You'll see the refund in your transaction history.
