Before you buy
The outlet. Clicky Collect is a subscription bought by the restaurant, café or kiosk. Customers download nothing and pay nothing to use it — they only pay for their food, and that money settles to the outlet, not to us. See Funds & Liability.
All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). 14% Egyptian VAT is added at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice. Card payments are charged in EGP.
By card (Visa, Mastercard or Meeza) through our payment gateway, or by bank transfer / InstaPay if you prefer. Card details are entered on the gateway's secure page — we never see or store your card number. Start at checkout.
No. Monthly plans renew monthly and you can cancel any time before the next renewal — your service runs to the end of the period you paid for. Full terms in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No physical goods. Clicky Collect is software, delivered by activating your account — usually the same business day. Details in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
